Job Description
- CPC is looking for Customer Service Agent that genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
- A Customer Service Agent at CPC help Photographers to practice and improve their photography skills and encourage them to bring their best to change their life and other’s life.
What will you do:
- Act as a front-line interface with customers
- Handle all sorts of queries relating to our products and services over the phone and on social media
- Listen attentively to support, offer solutions and alternatives
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using our data
- Resolve customer’s inquiries within a timely manner
- Handle and follow up on customers’ complaints
- Making outbound calls to sell the new services (courses, workshops … etc)
Job Requirements
- 0-4 year of experience in the Customer Service field.
- Has Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel).
- Great Communicator who can handle Customer Inquiries
- Has the ability to counsel, negotiate and advise others.
- Persistent to see a job through to conclusion.
