Job Description
In this role, you will be doing the following:
- Providing POC (Proof of Concept) of applications to interested customers, where you setup, install and configure the application on the customer site and environment.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements throughout the business cycle.
- Doing deep analysis on the existing IT Support Life Cycle, gathering requirements in business language and translating it to configuration actions.
- Implementing and configuring the application on customer site.
- Handling full projects from A to Z.
- Supporting existing customers with their issues and inquiries.
- Drafting documentation for projects, providing weekly status reports and drafting project plans.
- Interfacing with customers and handling their requests.
- Providing customer training for the product.
Job Requirements
A perfect candidate will have the following attributes:
- Basic understanding of Databases, Networks & Operating Systems.
- Ability to go through product guides and study.
- Good English is a must.
- Analytical thinking and requirement gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and outstanding presentation skills.
- Ability to Troubleshoot a problem and understanding the root cause.
