Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager for working with projects with our North America (United States and Canada) based clients.
Candidate should be responsible for:
- Gathering and elicitation of client requirements.
- Analysis of client requirements, processes and operations.
- Preparing and cooperating with other team members to prepare business and solution models and diagrams such as prototypes, UML, ER diagrams, use case diagrams and user stories.
- Monitoring and tracking of requirements.
- Validating requirements with cleats and team members.
- Working with team of subject matter experts, software developers, designers, QA specialists.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in computer engineering, information technology, computer science or related education.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Basic project management and business analysis.
- Basic knowledge agile project management.
- Microsoft Team services/Team Foundation Server or Jira is an asset.
- Project management tools such as Microsoft Project is an asset.
- Microsoft Office.
- Software prototyping tools such as Axure, Just in mind and InVision is an asset.
- Project Management and/or Business Analysis certification such as PMP, PBA, ACP or CSM is an asset but not a must.
- UML and database design.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very good communication skills.
