Job Description
- Configuration and management of network switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection and protection devices, antispam appliances, filtering devices, and Internet caching appliances; network capacity planning; monitoring of network infrastructure performance; identification of bottlenecks; optimization of infrastructure functions; and drafting of related policies and guidelines.
- Implementation and management of network security (WAN and LAN) and disaster recovery infrastructure. Activities include the determination, implementation, and management of: the appropriate level of infrastructure security for the current and future organizational environment; intrusion detection and prevention; virus protection; and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity.
- Provide technical support to staff on infrastructure and security related concerns.
- Provide technical recommendations to IT manager, specifically in infrastructure and security architecture related areas.
- Analyze network data to determine network usage, disk space availability, or server function.
- Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals.
- Document all network ADSL and MPLS subscriptions including all its information and keep it up to date also monitor all branches quota.
- Identify the causes of networking problems, using diagnostic testing software and equipment.
- Install or repair network cables, including fiber optic cables.
- Perform routine maintenance or standard repairs to networking components or equipment.
- Test computer software or hardware, using standard diagnostic testing equipment and procedures.
- Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems for users or user groups.
- Analyze and report computer network security breaches or attempted breaches.
- Back up network data.
- Create or update technical documentation for network installations or changes to existing installations.
- Document help desk requests and resolutions.
- Provide telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
- Run monthly and weekly network reports.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Cisco Meraki Firewall hands on experience is a must

Cisco Router 1941 hands on experience
Cisco switches L3 3560 and SG200 hands on experience

Fortigate firewall hands on experience is preferred.
