We are seeking a highly talented Business Analyst with the below requirements & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Create a business use case diagram for managing accounts.
Design user journey map.
Prepare specifications documents.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients and technicians.
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

A bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Commercial awareness
Experience in UML is a Must
Experience with UML modeling tools is a Must
Traditional process management analysis (SRS)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to user journey map and use case diagram
An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual and creative thinking skills.
Expert creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability in leading and supporting successful projects.
Background in software is a must.
