Sales Manager - Tourism

• Oversees and manages the Sales team and assign annual total company sales targets
• Creates and maintains long-term strategic relations with clients.
• Establishes the strategic sales plan to achieve company sales goals
• Conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to evaluate sales force achievements and identify areas of development.
• Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
• Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
• Stays updated on trends and innovative Packages in the market.
• Oversees processes undergoing before a customer is acquired.
• Identifies market threats in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.
• Plans for events and activities that generate demand like trade shows, company events or customer workshops.
• Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
• Represents the company in trade exhibitions and industry events of other business partners.
• Accurately forecasts future company sales and works on maximizing total company profits.
