Job Description
- Oversees and manages the Sales team and assign annual total company sales targets
- Creates and maintains long-term strategic relations with clients.
- Establishes the strategic sales plan to achieve company sales goals
- Conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to evaluate sales force achievements and identify areas of development.
- Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
- Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
- Stays updated on trends and innovative Packages in the market.
- Oversees processes undergoing before a customer is acquired.
- Identifies market threats in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.
- Plans for events and activities that generate demand like trade shows, company events or customer workshops.
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
- Represents the company in trade exhibitions and industry events of other business partners.
- Accurately forecasts future company sales and works on maximizing total company profits.
Job Requirements
- Experience in travel or hotel sales is a plus
