Job Description

The head of sales and marketing position requires an individual with a solid background in the fitness industry and is passionate about providing fitness solutions to individuals and corporate. Persistence is key & eagerness to learn is a must.

  • Managing and implementing the prospect pipeline process from generation to conversion across all functional departments including; Customer Xperience, & Fitness.
  • Creating and developing brand awareness and lead generating campaigns
  • Full responsibility over all F3 communications; internal and external, online and offline.
  • Overachieving sales targets
  • Assist in the development of F3 2020 sales plan.
  • Setting and monitoring sales and marketing department KPIs; including departmental and individual targets, conversions, etc.
  • Developing and enhancing the performance of the sales and marketing team.
  • Continuously enhancing and improving the prospect pipeline process.
  • Acquiring and handling of all corporate accounts and agreements.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of F3 member referral program.
  • Maintaining technical/conceptual knowledge of the industry and/or scope by attending educational workshops & courses, reviewing professional publications, participating in relevant societies, etc.
  • Assist organizing and attending sports & fitness relevant events and exhibitions.
  • Assisting in creating and organizing other promotional activities on and off premise.
  • Generating performance reports for management review.

Job Requirements

Job requirements

  • Experience in the Fitness industry is a must.
  • Bachelor degree
  • English is a MUST (interview will be conducted in English)
  • Energetic, positive, optimistic and comfortable with constructive criticism.
  • Organized and likes to plan ahead.
  • Smart learner and eager to self-improve
  • Eager to get things done.
  • Not shy to take ownership of situations
  • Extroverted team player
  • Experience in corporate account management & acquisition is preferable.
  • Experience in managing and building new teams
