Job Description
- Manage entire purchasing process for OG (Outside Group) from supplier sourcing up till purchase order good execution.
- Within Customer Project Execution center, support Tender and Execution operational teams in supply management on a portfolio of critical multi-business projects.
- Act as project team member, measuring is Return on Investment (RoI) project wise.
- Responsible for all purchasing activities related to the Cluster NEAL customer projects including materials and service.
- Define the specific purchasing strategy for the project, focusing on high stake / high risk commodities, continuously prioritizing tasks based on project time schedule
- Secure the supplier selection, being involved from tendering to the cash collection, integrating all specifications (cost, lead-time, technology, quality, flexibility, logistic, financing, and make or buy strategy).
- Manage Request For Information (RFI), Request For Quotation (RFQ) and the bid tabulation (based on total cost of ownership (TCO)) with suppliers.

Assess risks on the supply chain and transfer/mitigate it as early as possible through audit, contractual clauses, supplier development plan.
- Negotiate Terms & Conditions (T&C) with suppliers securing "back to back" and "If & When" conditions versus Schneider Electric customer conditions
- Contractualize with suppliers, managing potential claims with suppliers
- Manage the purchasing order process with an ethical approach, securing the assets from SE (based on corporate rules)
- Secure the supply deliveries, managing the risk mitigation plans with suppliers and anticipating pro-actively all necessary actions.
- Integrate qualitative criteria to select suppliers (flexibility) and take opportunities of customer variation orders to continuously negotiate better suppliers conditions
- Take active part of Purchasing community as referent for his area of expertise and integrate global Supplier Oriented Chart (SOC).
