Job Description

  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
  • Answer telephone calls.
  • Type and word processing.
  • Organize and servicing meetings.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Organize internal and external events.
  • Handle incoming mail and other materials.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
  • Operate office stationery.

Job Requirements

  • Language Skills: Excellent in English.

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
