Job Description
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Type and word processing.
- Organize and servicing meetings.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Handle incoming mail and other materials.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
