Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage each and every ‘moment of the truth’ for the sake of customer delightful
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large amounts of incoming in-app customer feedback
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Desired education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Four-band perfect command of English language
  • Additional language is a plus

Desired experience:

  • 1-2 years of relative experience

Essential skills:

  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of process understanding
  • Good command of technology and mobile application understanding
