Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze business and technical needs by working with end-users and technical groups.
- Act as 1st level support for business solutions.
- Act as part of the deployment, customization and testing of new solutions.
- Take ownership of system issues until fully resolved and tested.
- Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer
- Produce testing scripts based on application functionalities.
- Drive UAT process.
- Coordinate with all team members to help share and transfer the knowledge within the team
- Assist in building knowledge management system with the help of other team members.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Business Applications and ERP Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM).
- Experience with Finance modules within Dynamics AX
- Experience in Project Accounting module and SOP is a Plus
- Knowledge of Business cycle
- Knowledge of accounting and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and testing
