Job Description
We are a multinational organization in New Cairo looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department for a temporary duration of 6 months.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers with regards to staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and face to face interviews
- Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System
- Support in employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for at least 2 years
- Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle using various interviewing techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English
- French is an added value
- Excellent reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint...etc.) effectively
- Flexibility to travel within the Middle East in case of a business need
