Job Description
To be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for company, and to provide vision, direction and leadership for future growth.
- Ensure implementation of sales plan for motivates sales team, reports & evaluates the progress and adjusts the plan when needed.
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategies, business plans, tactics, and profit targets.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures to support the business strategy and long-term operational excellence and to minimize risk to the business.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring qualified sales team.
- Responsible of the performance development, training, motivation and coaching of the sales staff to reach their KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to management regarding sales performance.
- Provide operation system (SOP) for sales, organization of outlets, security, and cash handling.
- Conduct regular store visits to follow up and monitor operational standards and the quality of customer service.
- Monitor the regular maintenance process of the stores according to standards.
- Monitor the product transfer process from warehouse to the branches and vice versa as per agreed schedule and timings.
- Manage the daily financial process (deposit, income, documents…) with the finance department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Related Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same managerial position especially in retail industries.
- Fashion background is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian market.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
