Job Description

To be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for company, and to provide vision, direction and leadership for future growth.

  • Ensure implementation of sales plan for motivates sales team, reports & evaluates the progress and adjusts the plan when needed.
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategies, business plans, tactics, and profit targets.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures to support the business strategy and long-term operational excellence and to minimize risk to the business.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring qualified sales team.
  • Responsible of the performance development, training, motivation and coaching of the sales staff to reach their KPIs.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to management regarding sales performance.
  • Provide operation system (SOP) for sales, organization of outlets, security, and cash handling.
  • Conduct regular store visits to follow up and monitor operational standards and the quality of customer service.
  • Monitor the regular maintenance process of the stores according to standards.
  • Monitor the product transfer process from warehouse to the branches and vice versa as per agreed schedule and timings.
  • Manage the daily financial process (deposit, income, documents…) with the finance department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same managerial position especially in retail industries.
  • Fashion background is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of Egyptian market.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
