Job Description
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Customers Follow Up
- Follow up on the collection of payments from (to) customers
- Communicate with customers to collect checks and go after the collection whenever necessary
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company
- Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
- Enforces management decisions in coordination with other team members
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess PR and communication skills
- Presentation skills are an asset
- Previous experience in the field of Customer Relations is an asset.
