Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manage the maintenance of company legal ledgers
- Perform the periodical closures as scheduled.
- Support external auditing.
- Ensure good filing and safety of company’s records and ledgers.
- Ensure right settlements with suppliers.
- Improve the efficiency of the accounting procedures and to implement new measures calls to assure proper controlling in correcting periodical accounting statements.
- Organize the accounting department to assure smooth and accurate performance of bookkeeping.
- Assist in solving all accounting problems within the company or with suppliers.
- Cooperate with chief costing to meet reporting target dates.
- Train and evaluate staff under his supervision.
- Investment plan reports.
- Insurance policies reports on annual basis.
- Operating account (monthly / annual).
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of Accounting experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experience in working through ERP system and have excellent analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Very Good Command in English language.
