Job Description
- Design & Deliver appropriate and relevant development plans for the staff.
- Ensure the best use of the development budget.
- Support the implementation of change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities.
- Contribute research, analysis, and ideas to the development of the organization’s strategy in order to ensure continuous efficient plans that are integrated and aligned with the strategic and business goals.
- Develop the organization’s approach to talent management and succession planning and coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- Develop Methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and set a clear preventive action plans.
- Ensure effective running of all organization development activities.
- Prepare and consolidate all promotions recommendations based on performance results and verify the eligibility with the HR senior manager for decision making
- Sustaining al succession plans for meeting future business needs for all departments
- Directs the required assessments for staff performance development.
- Work with other departments in diagnosing problems and setting company goals, then create training programs to meet those goals
- Consult and advise on all redundancy issues.
- Leads a process of organization development that plans, communicates and integrates the results of strategic planning throughout the organization
- Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high-performance levels and efficient implementation.
- Responsible for the professional development of own team and ensure it is aligned with the organizational career progression and succession plans.
- Responsible for setting the team objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Postgraduate studies in Human Resources
- 5 + Years of Experience in Human Resources field – Experience in Contact Center Industry is an added plus
- The Arabic language is mandatory
- Proficiency in the English Language
