Job Description
- Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
- Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the director
- Meeting management: scheduling and setting up internal and external meetings including agenda management, minute taking, action tracking and relevant communication.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as associateto a director or other similar position
- Excellent English Speaking & Writing skills
- Good communication and public speaking skills
- Excellent organizational
- Excellent translation skills from English to Arabic / Arabic to English
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Multitasking
- Good command of Excel,Word and PPT
