Job Description

  • Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
  • Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
  • Fulfill duties as assigned by the director
  • Meeting management: scheduling and setting up internal and external meetings including agenda management, minute taking, action tracking and relevant communication.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as associateto a director or other similar position
  • Excellent English Speaking & Writing skills
  • Good communication and public speaking skills
  • Excellent organizational
  • Excellent translation skills from English to Arabic / Arabic to English
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Multitasking
  • Good command of Excel,Word and PPT
  • Pays Attention to Detail
