As part of the Sales Team you will be responsible for promoting Konsulto App to different users; doctors, patients and clinic administrators. You will be working outdoors 95% of the time visiting doctors’ clinics, and traveling occasionally to other governorates (20% of the time) to help mentor the Konsulto Warriors (Product Activation & Promo. Team) to promote Konsulto in the best way. You will also act as sales manager helping in planning sales activities, reporting and tracking the direct sales team and resolving problems directly where possible.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help with the sales planning process; including target reviews, and sales team training and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Deliver on-boarding training for the candidates for Direct Sales team (FT-PT- interns]
  • Demonstrate the sales process; background research, prospecting, getting appointments with doctors, visits planning and reporting, sales closures.
  • Empower clinic admins to convince patients to use Konsulto & facilitate new installations.
  • Talk to doctors’ patients during waiting time in clinics to download and test the app.
  • Convey product knowledge to different users & relevant benefits in a convincing manner.
  • Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions to be taken.
  • Collaborate with others (top management, etc.) to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

Job Requirements

  • Passion for sales with established team leadership/mentorship skills
  • Works independently and results oriented.
  • Enjoys working in startup environment.
  • Feels easy working with technology products (mobile applications)
  • English and Arabic language capable
  • Preferred to have a medical background; pharmacy, medical sciences or science graduates.
  • Experience in networking & selling anything
