Job Description

  • Communicate and solve customers' problems face-to-face meetings.
  • Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers' problems (software & hardware).
  • Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases.
  • Act as the primary liaison between company and your customers.
  • Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering Mechatronics, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Motivated to learn new skills and technologies.
