Responsibilities
- Considers creative solutions to job requirements that would reduce manpower requirements, cost and time
- Coordinates the activities of the consultant, client, and the company in order to develop the compliant design as per the client requirements and obtain the approval of the authorities in the shortest time
Job Requirements
Requirements.
- Total facility management back-grounded is a must (Hotels, Malls, Hospitals, Banks)
- Ability to travel
- Work location: North coast
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in an MEP engineering discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in MEP Design and leading teams of technical department or engineering department
- Experience in having direct responsibility for producing mechanical, electrical, plumbing or life safety construction documents (4 years minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electrical
- Knowledge of latest developments in MEP field or facilities and hotels field
- Project management
- Leadership
- Excellent Communication Skills
