Job Description

Visits and trains existing and new potential customers to develop their technical skills and product knowledge, working closely with the commercial sales representatives.

Follow high potential clients individually

Leads training sessions in salons, academies… in line with Education strategy

Strategy

As a successful Redken Education Manager, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of the customer and the consumer and be highly knowledgeable about the salon business. You will be the main guardian of the brand’s awareness. Communicate brand’s values and product information in seminars, trainings (classroom, digital, webinars…) to customer and colleagues.

Work closely with our trade partners and our global teams, to share and identify opportunities in the market place relevant to the local market. Improve in-salon and adapt to brand standards.

In short, you’ll inspire our clients and customers to transform hair to make Redken a great place to win.

You’ll need to have a high level of communication with a go to market approach, ensuring regular trainings to drive sales. YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years’ experience as a hairdresser
  • Strong and inspirational presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deep knowledge of all technical hair topics, including color
  • High communication skills to know and interact with clients while transmitting customer centricity
  • Collaboration and team work skills, to develop the best tailor-made education and business development plan for the customer
