Job Description
- Post vacancies on various recruitment and social media websites.
- Screens the received CVs on a daily basis.
- Handle initial HR interviews for junior positions.
- Handle the screening, telephone interviews; testing and reference check for all position.
- Schedule the HR & Technical interviews
- Runs the reference check when needed
- Develop Job descriptions for all positions.
- Ongoing update Soft & Hard filling system.
- Execute the newcomers’ onboarding program
- Use different types of interviews according to candidacy levels
- Follow up and feedback regarding the technical test/task for particular interviews
- Apply the cultural-fit, assessment center tests for particular interviews
Job Requirements
- Full awareness and well-practiced on the recruitment KPIs
- Strong Analytical & Intellectual thinking and judgmental competency
- Strong reporting and feedback correspondences skills
- Well organized and has time management skills
