Job Description
- Ensure that all store staff abide to company policies, procedures and standards to maintain FRG image and enhance the customer experience.
- Handle internal communication with other departments and external communication with service providers to sustain the store operations.
- Manage the store stock by proactively highlighting items to be replenished to support timely availability of material and reduce inventory and stock loss.
- Handle the invoicing process over the system to adhere to FRG selling standards and to contribute to more efficient sales tracking and recording.
- Maintain the sales transactions over the system and ensure continuous system update to facilitate sales performance tracking to ensure target achievement and ensure the invoicing process is properly completed.
- Build rapport with potential customers to maintain successful long term relationships with customer and capitalize on revenues generation and customer retention.
- Monitor and report on competition within the operating location to help identify new sales opportunities and to work proactively in advance of competition.
