Job Description

  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans.
  • Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with approved policies & regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work activities of Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Responsible for the consolidated payroll for ICON Holding companies and ensure alignment with holding policies.
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
  • Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).
  • Renew the compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure that we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Use job descriptions & job analysis to measure all positions & design competitive Salary Structure using HAY methodology.
  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
  • Track compensation and benefits bench-marking data.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any discipline and additional post-graduate certification is preferred.
  • Experience in compensation & benefits 5-7 years.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis.
  • Experience in designing Salary Structure using HAY methodology.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
  • V.Good English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and presenting competencies.
