Job Description
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
- Determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans.
- Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with approved policies & regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise the work activities of Compensation & Benefits team.
- Responsible for the consolidated payroll for ICON Holding companies and ensure alignment with holding policies.
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
- Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).
- Renew the compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure that we offer competitive compensation plans
- Use job descriptions & job analysis to measure all positions & design competitive Salary Structure using HAY methodology.
- Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Track compensation and benefits bench-marking data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline and additional post-graduate certification is preferred.
- Experience in compensation & benefits 5-7 years.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis.
- Experience in designing Salary Structure using HAY methodology.
- Familiarity with labor legislation.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- V.Good English.
- Strong analytical thinking and presenting competencies.
