Job Description
- Design, recommend, and implement policies and procedures relating to organizational development through all Group Satellites.
- Responsible for the design & implementation of performance management system through all Group Satellites.
- lead all employees relations activates & initiatives.
- Design & deploy the talent maps & succession plans for Group Key positions.
- Contribute with organization excellence & Group HRPB in restructuring projects & structure updates at all Group satellites.
- Provide full support to satellites HRBPs and act as center of excellence in areas of expertise.
- Issue periodical progress reports all initiatives milestones and budgets and timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline and additional post-graduate certification is preferred
- Experience 7-10 years in HR Functions.
- Experience 5 years of experience in OD.
- Experience of policy development and implementation.
- Experience in Restructuring Projects & PMS deployment (manufacturing or construction companies is preferred).
- Experience in preparing talent map & succession plan.
- V. Good English & Microsoft Office.
- Strong Presenting & Analytical thinking competencies.
