About the Job
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Will be responsible for Marketing Campaigns.
  • Posting updates to all social media platforms.
  • Manage various social media accounts, Plan and monitor the ongoing paid marketing campaigns on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Responsible for Designs On social media campaigns
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Create and manage social media content
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
  • Know how to plan, create, and implement a marketing strategy.
  • Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively.
  • Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google and Facebook updates and changes in algorithms.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Responsible for developing and managing social media activities [Facebook ,Twitter ,LinkedIn,etc ].
  • Building a significant number of followers on Social Media Platforms by following and engaging with potential clients.
  • Will be responsible for Social Media Designs
  • Managing incoming customers inquiries via social media public or private channels and emails
  • Build Facebook ‘likes’ by approaching potential clients and candidates through other social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Hire and train others in the team
  • Responsible For social media analysis "Swot Analysis"
  • Provide constructive feedback
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 To 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Very good in English.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
