Job Description
- Be responsible for the everyday running and operations of the facility.
- Be available to support staff members when needed while the facility is operational.
- Maintaining and reviewing operational clinical policies and procedures.
- Making sure facility licensing requirements are met and audited.
- Maintain patient satisfaction reports.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Responsible for all other auditing reports, as requested by management.
- Preparation of “Duty Rota" of the staff.
- Involve in recruitment & training of the stuff.
- Make sure all staff members and doctors are up to date with the latest clinical guidelines.
- Ensure that all staff licenses are current.
- Works to ensure that patients are directed to and receive care inappropriate venue in a timely manner.
- Supporting call center in critical and rush hours.
Job Requirements
- BSc, MD, from an accredited reputable university.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience.
- Current, valid license to practice medicine.
- 5 years’ experience in medical management facilities & 3 years in a managerial position.
- Post graduate professional business administration or management studies is a plus.
- Good command of English, written & spoken,.
Extra Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize computer technology and the willingness to develop and adapt to the evolving technological requirements of modern medical health center practices required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills required, including creativity, resourcefulness, timeliness, and technical knowledge related to analyzing and resolving medical/administrative problems.
- Sensitivity to needs of culturally and linguistically diverse patient and employee population.
- Able to motivate staff; promote team building; assume a leadership role within the clinical arena.
