Job Description
- Follow & Create beans vessels applications after sale contract is done on system.
- Trucking and Crushing of raw materials on system to update stocks of Raw material & Finished goods.
- Creation of delivery orders on system and applying deliveries as well.
- Updating meal & oil deliveries for each customer and Ensure deliveries are made within credit limits and updating their balances in each contract and closing the finished contracts also. Then sending relevant Reports.
- Creating Contracts and Delivery Orders on the system then adding new contracts in contracts sheet to calculate the Prov. Price.
- Revising B/L for commodities and preparing daily reports for the goods issued and raw material received and sending it by E-mail to Commercial & Accounting Teams, plus Filing the hard-copies on the archive system.
- Coordination of oil sampling process for several customers (Governmental Tenders).
- Making monthly report for customers showing finished contracts in coordination with trading office.
- Monitoring scales calibration and report to factory & involved parties.
- Calculating and sending prepayment requests to the customers.
- Audit & Follow Up with beans trucking contractors quantity supplied by them & making reports every half month with those quantities for each contractor, sending these reports to the contractors and the accounting team for accounting purposes.
- Handling government/public sector representatives who visit the plant to withdraw samples of beans, oil or meal.
- Making a statement for the bagging contractor every (15) days with quantities packed, loaded bulk, & beans manual unload.
- Monitoring bags and making Monthly report for quantities issued.
- Follow & Report the Customer Complaints and calculate the cost to business vs. total complaints.
- Making Tool box meeting, BBS & food safety memos plus housekeeping process.
- Following up all the documentation processes & the stocks of the sealing of the oil trucks, and making Purchasing Requisition for needed items.
- Monitoring bags stocks and making Monthly report for quantities issued.
Job Requirements
- Experience (3-5) years
- Microsoft Office Especially Excel (Very Good).
- English (very Good).
- Previous experience in domestic Logistics in terms of raw materials transportation & handling of customer Deliveries.
- Background in the oil seed and food industry Preferred
