Job Description
NCR Hospitality Professional Services organization is responsible for the successful delivery of industry leading client engagements related to Consulting, Project Management and Training. This Management position is responsible for ensuring service excellence, with a strategic focus on client satisfaction, continual service improvement, profit optimisation, expansion of services, and cost containment.
This position is responsible for initiating, implementing and sustaining the effective use of Professional Services systems, programs and processes in their assigned region. Responsibilities include relationship management with regional business partners, presentation of value-added solutions to customers, management and prioritisation of projects. As a member of the Hospitality PS management team, position must also attend to issues outside his/her direct responsibilities by identifying issues and pursuing solutions across business, geographical and functional boundaries.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience in field
- Eight + years in a relevant technical role or software consulting
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple large engagements concurrently
- Advanced knowledge of project management and all phases of the solution lifecycle
- Demonstrated leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Flexibility is required for the role and ability to travel internationally when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for or with a hospitality company on the service side of the business
- Experience building and managing multi-level teams
- Experience in managing multi skilled teams working both locally and remotely
- Demonstrated good technical ability to be a billable resource as well as manager
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels internally and externally
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer engagement and management skills
- Active participation in industry or community groups. Recognized outside of current role for expertise
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives
- Capability of speaking additional Middle Eastern languages would be a bonus
