Job Description

  • Oversees and manages the Sales team and assign annual total company sales targets
  • Creates and maintains long-term strategic relations with the Vendors and clients.
  • Establishes the strategic sales plan to achieve company sales goals
  • Conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to evaluate sales force achievements and identify areas of development.
  • Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
  • Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages
  • Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
  • Stays updated on trends and innovative products in the market.
  • Oversees processes undergoing before a customer is acquired.
  • Identifies market threats in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.
  • Plans for events and activities that generates demand like trade shows, company events or customer workshops.
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of Sales team members.
  • Represents the company in trade exhibitions and industry events of other business partners.
  • Accurately forecasts future company sales and works on maximizing total company profits.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • 8+ years of sales experience of which 3-5 years of managerial experience in IT services/integrated solutions
  • Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and client count growth as well as expense control
  • Experience in running and building a sales team and effectively managing a healthy sales pipeline

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle complex tasks and exceed client expectations
  • Possess excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • High Ability to understand and capture technical as well as business opportunities
  • Proficient in planning and handling customers
  • Expert in collecting data of competitors
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of proposal preparations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Accurate forecasting abilities

Education:

  • University degree, computer science or any other IT related degree.
  • Post Graduate Studies in Project Management, Marketing, Sales or other relevant fields is a plus.
  • Other official IT certification is plus.

Languages:

  • English: Good writing and speaking.
  • Arabic: Excellent writing and speaking.
