Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to cost management.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating that the project resources cost is within the budget on Weekly and Monthly basis
- Ensure directing all direct/indirect costs to projects’ BOQ & enterprise environmental systems.
- Assist in Monitoring, reporting and forecasting project cost & revenue trends.
- Assist in Preparing and issuance of monthly cost reports and monthly forecasts
- Assist in Preparing actual cost rates as required to support project contracting and procurement activities.
- Monitor and track all site’s variation order and its post impact to determine the estimate forecast project cost.
- Ensure that the sub-contractors invoices are according to their contracts’ conditions.
- Ensure that the sub-contractors released quantities are aligned with the contractual invoices’ quantities with the client.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant Cost Control Software.
- AutoCAD.
