Job Description
- Manage the front desk
- Undertake the full range of front desk and administrative support services, records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event support, and creating, compiling and distributing documents.
- Respond to inquiries via phone/email/mail and escalate (if needed) as necessary to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Welcoming our guests and clients.
- Assist in office events
Job Requirements
- Good computer skills and experience with: MS Office applications.
- Very good command of English (Spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external communications.
