Job Description
- Writing e-mails, letters, reports and confidential documents as assigned
- Greets visitors and; takes messages and replies to questions in accordance with general instructions. takes and relays messages; screens supervisor's calls;
- Responds to telephone inquiries whenever possible, forwards calls to appropriate party.
- Maintain an organized general filing system of records
- Receive guests and patients in her/his area and meet them in a professional manner to assure the work environment is respected.
- Maintain and order office supplies and equipment.
- Function as liaison with other internal offices Receive, sort and circulate the
- Hospital Post for the concerned department.
- Present internal request(s) on the Hospital Manager to gain Signs, Approval.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Department the Doctors’ personnel issues like attendance, hiring, and any related e-mails.
- Performs other related duties as required
