Job Description
- You have strong customer focus and can identify consumer insights and analyze data deeply.
- You have success developing strongly differentiated positioning and segmentation strategies for consumer products/categories that have met or exceeded business objectives
- You have developed large scale integrated marketing campaigns for highly visible consumer products/brands, worked in regional roles, and managed deployment across local teams.
- You have qualified and developed best in class creative for regional markets within a global brand framework.
- You have experience in creative development process from a creatve agency angle, and have worked closely with creatives to deliver on specific briefs.
- You have proven experience in ATL media strategy, planning and execution.
- You have proven experience planning and developing digital brand and media campaigns across key channels that support customer engagement.
- You can think strategically about an entire product line-up, brand, and company to see how all the elements best fit together.
- You have proven experience in leading, managing and supporting a diverse team, and enjoy all aspects of people management.
- You like getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Communications/Advertising
- 12+ years of relevant brand marketing experience.
- Background working as a leader in the development of brands and digital content innovation
- A remarkable portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into a strong creative vision
- Experience with a digital, online retailer or developing and leading the creative for digital and ecommerce aspects of a brand
- Ability to create a compelling positioning/messaging strategy from the ground up - a must
- Deep knowledge of marketing methods and strategies; experience planning, developing and executing complex marketing programs
- Solid quantitative/analytical and budget management skills
- Deep understanding of off-line and digital media strategy and planning
- Experience working with data to drive decision making
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic – a must.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-graduate education / Masters level qualification
- Client (Brand Management) and agency side experience
- Knowledge of the MENA digital customer
- Experience working with remote teams
- Awarded/recognized for creative work
