About the Job
  • Responsible for provisioning the accounts over AWS and Azure
  • Responsible for MFA administration (e.g. activate, deactivate, reset user MFA)
  • Support Azure AD/AWS IAM security in terms of password policy and access keys.
  • Responsible for maintenance and support of PIM, conditional access and identity protection.
  • Performing user access auditing over AWS and Azure.
  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to events generated by NetCool, Cyber Security, CloudWatch.
  • Support the configuration of ArcSight Azure/AWS Smart Collector.
  • Sandbox management (user creation, setup test customer tenants and assign subscriptions).
  • Ensure sufficient licenses available
  • Administer and support AWS S3 and CloudTrail.
  • Ensure that the technical solution and root cause are clear and logic.
  • Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time based on agreed Service Levels.
  • Ensure that all requests are fulfilled within the agreed SLA
  • Update the technical documentation and the team knowledge base.

Job Requirements
  • Qualification / Experience:
    • Bachelor of Engineering / computer science or related discipline
    • 2-5 years IT Support, system administration and cloud administration experience.
  • Technical skills:
    • Experience in Azure AD security support, AzureAD, AWS IAM, AWS CloudTrail, AWS S3 and CloudHealth.
    • Experience in using and configuration of AWS CloudWatch.
    • Wide knowledge of MFA solutions.
    • Knowledge of Security techniques and technologies.
    • Development skills using (shell scripting, PERL, etc...) is desirable.
    • Remedy experience is desirable
    • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
