Job Description
- To provide confidential, personal and administrative support.
- Managing the daily office activities.
- Providing schedules and administrative work to the CEO.
- Planning CEO schedule and prioritizing timelines.
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Handling CEO correspondence.
- Deal with telephone inquiries.
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Follow up the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Organizing the manager’s personal commitments.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
