Job Description

  • To provide confidential, personal and administrative support.
  • Managing the daily office activities.
  • Providing schedules and administrative work to the CEO.
  • Planning CEO schedule and prioritizing timelines.
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Handling CEO correspondence.
  • Deal with telephone inquiries.
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Follow up the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Organizing the manager’s personal commitments.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
