Job Description
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions
- Support deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership
- Establish reporting standards and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible
- Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders
- Setup and execute processes for performing exploratory data analysis to unearth insight or patterns that can be used to drive operational efficiency
- Leverage the infrastructure and tools to improve back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity
- Extract data through building queries on regular base and give suggestions on how to solve complex business situations and optimize current business processes
- Conduct qualitative data analysis explaining key business metrics trends, patterns, make forecasts & business strategy suggestions
- Design and maintain dashboards or ad hoc reports and visualize it in a way understandable for both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Develop business presentations and present findings to senior management using story telling techniques
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Finance or accounting
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in fundamental analysis
- The Candidate Must be a CFA holder
- Strong accounting background
- Strong macro-economic background
- Having excellent attention to details and a methodical investment/research approach
- Strong fundamental background with strong knowledge on the different valuation techniques
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- 10 years of Experience in FMCG
