Job Description

  • Processing employees’ leave and permission request forms, and other related requests.
  • Managing employees’ on-boarding, administering hiring papers and signing Employment contracts.
  • Responsible for the employees' database records and updates.
  • Handling communication with all governmental authorities (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority and ministry of manpower) and ensuring compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
  • Provide social insurance forms, labor permits, and processing monthly and periodical governmental payments checks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Human resources or Business Administration
  • HR diploma is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Hardworking and friendly attitude
