Job Description
- Processing employees’ leave and permission request forms, and other related requests.
- Managing employees’ on-boarding, administering hiring papers and signing Employment contracts.
- Responsible for the employees' database records and updates.
- Handling communication with all governmental authorities (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority and ministry of manpower) and ensuring compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Provide social insurance forms, labor permits, and processing monthly and periodical governmental payments checks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce, Human resources or Business Administration
- HR diploma is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field.
- Hardworking and friendly attitude
