Job Description
- Manage a team of business analysts, team leaders, and software developers to make sure customer scope/requirements are delivered on time.
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Develop master products road map, develop new products ideas, and next features of existing products.
- Manage team growth, skill development, and on boarding new employees.
- Establish projects process and communication models.
- Establish team goals and ensuring goals achievement
- Define escalation process and handle external escalations.
- Monitor deliverables and operations quality, ensuring team’s compliance with process and communication models–
- Coordinate release planning for all products.
- Report project status to stakeholders periodically.
- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
- Communicate successfully with project managers and quality team to make sure software delivery will be on time with high quality
- Delegates tasks to, organizes, mentors and motivates a team of talented software developers
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
- Approve final product before launch
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of computer Science or related degree
- 15 + years of experience of software development
- VAS (Value Added Services) knowledge is a must
- Proven experience as software technical manager
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.)
- Familiarity with UI/UX design, front end java scripts framework (Angular, React, and VUE)
- High quality organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Excellent command of English both Written and Spoken
