Job Description
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
- Taking lead on projects, as needed.
- Work closely, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices/projects.
- Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating mock-ups, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
- Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as JavaScript expert
- 1 to 2 years professional experience in React and React Native
- 2 to 3 years Bootstrap (or similar) experience
- Familiar with UI layouts.
- Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, PHP, or Python, and operating systems.
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology
