Job Description

  • Manage and develop a team of 3+ account managers to deliver on financial goals for Selling Partner recruitment and Selling Partner account management in the Marketplace business.
  • Create and maintain relationships with top Key Accounts, leading conversations with top Selling Partners to be launched.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all Selling Partners through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions, including solving blockers and issues escalated by managed Sellers.
  • Act as the lead for one our critical account management programs - presenting on performance, driving consistency across ME teams / product families and identifying opportunities to extend the program.
  • Share learnings with your global counterparts (ME, EU, US and Asia teams) to drive best practices and to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct deep dives to understand root cause of team performance and actions to accelerate growth.

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in management consulting, product management or sales management
  • Experience in retail and/or a technology / eCommerce business preferred but not essential
  • High level of academic achievement at degree level. MBA is beneficial but not necessary
