Job Description
- Work closely with the product management and development teams to help them test and improve devices used in projects.
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
- Perform analysis and raise bugs related to different features.
- Executing test scripts and reviewing results
- Reporting and documenting technical issues
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life-cycle
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience as Android mobile Engineer/ tester.
- Familiar with different Android Functions and system components.
- Mobile operating system knowledge
- Expert knowledge, confidence, and efficiency in debugging
- Understand common mobile operating systems (such as Apple iOS, Android, Linux, and Windows) and how to perform tests on them.
- Understanding of different wireless technology.
- Feel comfortable working in groups and conveying their ideas to others in a professional and mature manner.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
