Job Description
The Client Success Coordinator role is a great opportunity to leverage account management skills and abilities in order to grow the business with key restaurant brands that work with Uber Eats in the UAE. We are looking for someone who is a natural communicator and enjoys working with various internal and external stakeholders to set up our partnerships for success.
Your primary focus will be to grow the business with existing key restaurants through analysing data, delivering insights, and implementing solutions that position Uber Eats as the preferred online food ordering platform for restaurants in the UAE.
What You’ll Do
- Work with various restaurant stakeholders (marketing, operations, IT, others) to grow existing partnerships and improve performance metrics
- Leverage analytics to develop account plans and deliver insight to strategic restaurants
- Work closely with product and operations teams to improve performance metrics of our restaurant partners
- Work with our marketing team to develop marketing plans for strategic restaurant partners
- Implement special projects to bolster existing partnerships
- Manage contract renegotiations aimed at establishing a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
