Job Description
- Responsible for selling company products and services.
- Create new opportunities and deals.
- Provide customers with quotations as per requested specifications.
- Maintain long-term relationship servicing existing customer and build new relationships with new customers.
- Deliver Sales Presentations to high level executives.
- Maintain after sales services with the customers.
- Handle all sales operation process inside the company.
- Prepare all the tenders documents and follow up the deadlines of the tenders.
- Reach potential customers through calling, face-to-face and online meetings.
- Achieving an annual target quarter by quarter.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Provide the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive analysis, and potential products and services.
- Update all active and maintain the details on the Client Relationship Management (CRM).
- Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with the direct manager.
- Collaborate closely with the top Management on developing new products and services for our clients.
- Solve Customer problems and complaints and reach resolution to reach satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.
- Experience in Governmental sector is a must
- Bachelor degree is a must, preferably in computer science or engineering, and any additional sales certificates is a plus.
- Fluent in English Verbally and Orally.
- Ability to manage large accounts.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about the products and markets.
- Good business sense and a professional manner.
