Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring the security operations for the organization.
- Implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the environment in the organization is safe for employers and visitors.
- Develop and facilitate security and safety training both at HQ and field offices.
- Monitors security conditions and liaise and coordinate with external agencies – private security contractors
Job Requirements
- Must be military/ Army background
- Demonstrated understanding of complex emergencies, related security concerns and appropriate responses to such emergencies;
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex security concerns, policies, protocols, and procedures to senior management, employees, consultants, volunteers and consistently apply them at all levels;
- Minimum of 5 years implementing security programs and a strong knowledge of security management in complex environment
