Job Description

  • Prepare reports and projections based on Data Analysis.
  • Analyze claims data, both current and past will need to be analyzed.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
  • Help develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to efficiently gather information.
  • Responsible for importing, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data.
  • Presenting data in charts, graphs, and tables as well as designing and developing relational databases for collecting data.
  • Use data modeling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
  • Build smart tools to reduce the time consumed from all operations teams.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
  • Improvise monitoring tools for the whole operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 1 year of experience is required in data reporting in a call center .
  • Knowledge of Modeling techniques and methods is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in the following is highly preferred: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Communication skills & flexibility to work in a different environment
