Job Description
- Prepare reports and projections based on Data Analysis.
- Analyze claims data, both current and past will need to be analyzed.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
- Help develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to efficiently gather information.
- Responsible for importing, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data.
- Presenting data in charts, graphs, and tables as well as designing and developing relational databases for collecting data.
- Use data modeling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
- Build smart tools to reduce the time consumed from all operations teams.
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
- Improvise monitoring tools for the whole operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 1 year of experience is required in data reporting in a call center .
- Knowledge of Modeling techniques and methods is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in the following is highly preferred: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent Communication skills & flexibility to work in a different environment
