About this opportunity

The Manager of the Inside Sales will be responsible for leading the team of Inside Sales Representatives who focus on selling US based dentists 360imaging products. The team is responsible for generating leads and increasing doctor’s knowledge and usage on 360imaging dental products via outbound calling, email communications and performing virtual demonstrations to customers.

In this role, you will…

  • Lead the Inside Sales team by motivating and engaging Reps to achieve sales quotas.
  • Provide reports on team metrics and results to department leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Field Sales and additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align products.
  • Analyze and measures key performance indicators to drive improved performance and accountability.
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching and mentoring for team members.
  • Focus on building and improving process efficiencies within team.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of customer engagement and takes the necessary measure to increase product usage and adoption.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, sales executives and other sales support team members.
  • Progressively manage and assess employee competencies and development.
  • Develop team by guiding them on best practices for pipeline management, demand generation, and deal negotiation.

Job Requirements

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years sales management experience in an inside sales environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or technology field preferred.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven ability to learn technical product knowledge in a highly complex industry.
  • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills, business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution, and reporting).
