Job summary:
- Responsible for the distribution and selling of computer software.
- Responsible for managing existing lead systems and relationships to build new business opportunities for the company.
Job Description :
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Negotiate lease and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
- Organizing sales visits
- Ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Provide solutions and designs per customers' requirements (with coordination with the technical team)
- Recognize the customer needs and provide detailed information about the technical specifications of the software products offered by the company.
- Investigates new items and makes recommendations for purchasing products.
- Checks inventory to ensure company products.
- Takes orders over the phone and in person.
- Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.
- Solicits information about software product needs from customers.
- Negotiate price for the sale after agreement with the GM directly.
- Provide technical support service after the product is purchased.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Travel to areas where needs are projected.
- Stay abreast of market trends.
- Assist with the company helpline.
- Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
- Negotiate commercial agreements after authorization of the GM directly.
- Help customers to maximize the use of software features.
- Advise on appropriate user training.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
